Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Flownetic website and services. Please read them before using the service. This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

Effective date: August 9, 2026

1. Using the service

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to accept them on behalf of any practice or business you represent, and you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.

2. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us, request a demo, or configure the service, and to keep it up to date.

3. What Flownetic does — and does not do

  • Flownetic provides AI-assisted receptionist and automation software. It supports your front desk; it does not replace dental professionals or office staff.
  • The assistant does not provide medical or dental diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Patients with urgent concerns should contact the practice or emergency services directly.
  • AI systems can make mistakes or misunderstand a request. Practices should review important information, messages, and appointment requests before acting on them.

4. Appointment requests are requests, not confirmations

An appointment request captured by the assistant is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is only scheduled once the dental practice reviews and confirms it through its own process.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for how you configure and use the service, including the assistant's instructions, the information it collects, connected integrations, and the messages sent to your patients. You remain responsible for your own business decisions, office policies, patient communications, and any legal or regulatory obligations that apply to your practice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Use the service to impersonate another person or organization.
  • Resell or provide access to the service in a way not agreed with us in writing.

7. Intellectual property

Flownetic and its licensors own the website, software, and related materials. You may use them only as allowed by these terms. Content and data you provide remain yours, and you grant us permission to process it as needed to operate the service for you.

8. Third-party services and integrations

The service works with third-party tools such as calendar, email, and AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions. If you connect an integration, you confirm you are permitted to do so.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably, but availability can vary and may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, or issues outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific uptime unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except where the law does not allow it, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flownetic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is being misused, or if required for security or legal reasons. Where reasonable, we will let you know first.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify customers.
