Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Flownetic may collect through our website and AI receptionist service, why we collect it, and how you can reach us with questions.

Effective date: August 9, 2026

Information we may collect

  • Contact details you submit, such as name, practice name, email address, and phone number.
  • Appointment-request information shared through the AI receptionist, such as the type of visit and preferred times.
  • Messages and questions you send to us or to the assistant.
  • Basic website and service usage information, such as pages viewed and technical details sent by your browser.

Why we collect it

We use the information to:

  • Provide and operate the Flownetic service.
  • Pass appointment requests to the dental practice for review and confirmation.
  • Respond to demo requests, support questions, and other messages.
  • Monitor and maintain the security and reliability of the service.
  • Understand how the service is used so we can improve it.

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information

Our website forms and chat are intended for general questions and appointment requests. Please do not share detailed medical history, diagnoses, insurance identifiers, payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information through them. If a dental practice needs that information, it should be handled through the practice's own approved channels.

The Flownetic AI receptionist does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for speaking with a dental professional.

Third-party service providers

We rely on third-party providers to run the service — for example hosting, automation and workflow tooling, AI model providers, email delivery, and calendar integrations that a practice chooses to connect. Information may be processed by these providers as part of delivering the service. Each provider handles data under its own terms and policies.

Dental practices and their own responsibilities

When a dental practice uses Flownetic, the practice decides how the assistant is configured, what information it collects, and how that information is used inside the practice. The practice is responsible for its own privacy notices, patient communications, and the laws and regulations that apply to its business.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is needed to operate the service or as otherwise agreed with a customer, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim any specific certification or regulatory compliance status in this policy.

We may update this policy as the service changes. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the page.
